Rh = Hydraulic Radius = 2
L = Length of Pipe = 4
η = Viscosity = 8
v = k1ΔPRh² / Lη
v = (10)(5)(2)² / (4)(8)
So, v = (10)(5)(4) / 32
v = 200 / 32
v = 6.25
Therefore, the average velocity is 6.25 m/s.
